Essential guidance for preparing your course walk and managing CleaRound Pro.

Getting started

CleaRound uses your iPhone camera and sensors to map the track you actually walk. Before you begin, allow camera access, hold your iPhone as shown in the app and follow the calibration steps.

Tracking and measurements

For the best results, walk naturally, avoid covering the camera for extended periods and keep the iPhone in a stable position. Accuracy may vary with lighting, movement, surroundings and ARKit tracking quality.

If tracking becomes insufficient, stop for a few seconds, point the camera at a well-lit, textured area and resume when the app tells you to.

Please remember: distances, tracks and orientations shown by CleaRound are indicative only. The app is not a certified or approved measuring instrument. Check all important information against the official plan and instructions and, when necessary, with an appropriate measuring tool. CleaRound supports preparation and decision-making; it does not replace your judgement, your coach or event officials.

Restore CleaRound Pro

If you have already subscribed with your Apple Account, use “Restore Purchases” in the app. Check that your iPhone is using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Change or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then “Subscriptions” and select CleaRound. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
